How To Keep Air Healthy in Busy Places

01 September 2016

The air we breathe in busy areas gets polluted easily and unlike the floors and windows we see, air never gets cleaned. The air inside is actually two to five times more toxic than the air outdoors. Formaldehyde, a toxic gas is found in insecticides, glues, shampoos, carpets and is a carcinogen, which causes cancer, can easily find its way into enclosed places. The air absorbs all the chemicals also found in paint, woodwork, the office equipment and cleaning products. There are also bacteria and viruses that grow warm confined spaces.

The air we breathe 24/7 has a huge impact on our health. Bad air can trigger coughing, chest tightness, sore throats, watery or itchy eyes or asthma. Here are three natural ways to keep the air you breathe healthy.

INCREASE VENTILATION

Opening windows and letting fresh air in reduces moisture levels and that helps to prevent mould or other bacteria from spreading. It also works to air out any toxic chemicals that are used in cleaning products, furniture or insect repellents. If it is not always possible to let fresh air into areas like gyms, office buildings or stores, installing exhaust fans will help to carry pollutants outside. Having fresh air makes the air your breath healthy.

HOUSE PLANTS

Plants are a safeguard to any side effects from formaldehyde or other toxic chemicals as they filter out these pollutants from the air. If people have respiratory problems it is suggested to have one plant per 100 square feet to cover the area sufficiently. Peace Lilies, Lady Palm or Broadleaf Lady Palm are the best plants to keep the air free from pollution.

OZONE SANITISERS

Ozone is a very effective natural sanitiser which kills all bacteria, viruses, mould and fungi. Only a small amount of ozone is required to improve bad air. Ozone naturally reverts back to oxygen without leaving any harmful chemical residues. It only leaves behind pure, fresh, healthy air. These air sanitisers are cost effective and can easily be installed by plugging into a power source and turning power on. The machine will produce ozone that cleans the air naturally using activated ozone produced on demand.

Ozone For Health has a New Zealand made range of ozonators that can freshen and sanitise any space. They are easy to install, and will kill all bacteria and viruses, along with increasing ventilation. It is also easy to cover big spaces by leaving the machine on for longer to have more clean and refreshing air. It is the fastest and easiest way to bring healthy air into a gym, room or office to keep your customer and staff happy. Go to our shop page and Get yours today :)

We progress

The acne is stopped and healing!

We've moved on to a relative with skin cancers on his face. Let's see how it goes :)

I have ordered a medical ozonator, and am studying to catch up to all that we can do with that!

I hope for some more guinea pigs, and unfortunately it seems that there are more and more people around us with cancers started. Is it an epidemic? Or just the age we are now at? I'm not sure.

But I am sure that I am tired of people dying so young. We are supposed to be so much more advanced, medically. Why is cancer being allowed to devastate us?

I believe there is an information revolution happening, and the more people that tap into it, the more we will all uncover, and discover, all the information that is actually out there, and that we should all know. It takes an open mind, to let all the information flow through, and to store the information that seems to resonate more than the rest.

Keep searching, keep looking at all that goes past you. The more we see, the more is encouraged to be out there, and we can see censorship fall down.

I know there is a lot of misinformation out there, but that's not new. So much of what we have been fed so far, before the internet became what it is now, has kept us misinformed in so many ways.

At least the flood of information available now is sweeping the old rubbish along with it, and showing it for what it is.

We just need to keep our eyes and minds open.

:D

Our Journey

Hi All

We continue our personal use of ozone in our home.

My partner has progressed from 'Don't know what puffing a bit of air about is going to do', to turning the Odour Boy on while I was away for a night, as he could smell the cats coming in with their various aromas. A smell he had perhaps not realised was gone since we started using the ozonators.

Progress indeed!

The acne problem is greatly improved also! Am now looking to source a cream that has active ozone incorporated in it. If I can't find it, I think I will start making my own. Watch this space!

I am greatly enjoying catching up with the wealth of information on ozone that is now on the net (or the Interweb, if you are a Marian Keyes fan). It makes me feel more and more hopeful for everyone battling diseases that I believe are now curable, but still people are dying.

I for one am completely over watching people die when the medical profession has done it's best, and run out of (funded) options. That does not mean that options are not there! Their hands are tied. Ours are not. Remember that - and don't stop seeking answers.

As each person finds an answer, all of us benefit. Keep fighting for health. The drive for profit has molded our food options, and poisoned our air, water, and land. Don't let it keep poisoning you and your family.

Rant over.

Comment if you agree.

Best Wishes, Debbie.

Ozone In Our Home

Hi

Deborah here.

To keep you updated on our personal uses  and journey with ozone and ozonators:

Since we started using the two ozonators on this website in our home, we have noticed the clean fresh smell of clean air, and a clean house, free from odours associated with having 5 cats, and unbelievably (given that we have 5 cats), a recent mouse infestation.

We have used ozone to successfully eliminate thrush, and a fungal foot infection. We are working on acne right now - will keep you posted.

My daughter has suffered from Chronic Fatigue for years, and since we started ozonating our home every day, her energy level has noticeably risen. She is now going to the gym 4-5 days a week for one hour workouts, and one day did almost two hours!

Will keep you posted on her progress also :)

Time for Ozone

For more than 20 years, I have read of the use of oxygen, and ozone, in health, and I believe the quiet growth of it's uses, over these years, is a testament to it's efficacy as a powerful healer, and purifier of air and water.

The growth of threats to our health, and our atmosphere, have also been prodigious.

Ozone is a natural product, with no side-effects, other than a beneficial raising of oxygenation.

Ozone is three oxygen atoms bound together, rather than two, as in oxygen. The third atom will break away and bind with anything inorganic. Viruses, bacteria, moulds, protozoa, heavy metals, and cancer cells all fall into this category.

That is how it works, and why it is such a powerful cleanser.

More to follow.

Regards

Deborah McGrouther
